I used to have an excel spreadsheet that calculated the amount of weight
you needed based on the exposure protection you were wearing, what kind
of tank you were using and your weight. It calculated for both fresh
and saltwater. It was on my old computer which died. Anyone have this?

If so it would be great if you could email it to me : bobsommer@sbcglobal.net

Thanks!

Well for all that work I bet you're lucky to get within 4-5 pounds.

BTW it's the buoyancy of the empty tank that they are trying to include, not the weight.
