weight differences trilam vs 2 mm comp

This is the Question.
To those out there that dive trilam type suits and 2 mm compressed neoprene suits.
What kind of weight differences is there going from one material to the other.
This question is asked using the same underwear, gear config, etc.

I can't comment on the compressed neoprene but I can say Trilam vs crushed foam in a Medium Long, I have to add 3 lbs.
