G-City is great with me. The usual 7pm-7:30ish, alright with everyone?

And don't forget the 3 lights(primary, back-up, and tank light).

Rick

Can't make it... DM written exam the next day, so it's going to be a serious study night for me.

Leejnd:
Mary is that you?

Thanks for the offer! Are you going to be there on Thursday?

Yup, it's me. Was thinking of being there, but my best friend just came down unexpectedly from SF, so I'll be hanging with her. I can hook up with you beforehand if you want a belt, though. I'll call Ice for your number.

Mary, Rickster has a couple of weight pouches for my BCD that he's letting me borrow, so I'm all set. Thanks so much for the offer!

JMdiver:
How bout Deer Creek for a night dive guys.

John
I love Deer Creek - but conditions have to be right, as it's totally exposed. Since it's a week away, we won't know for a while how things are looking. I'm up for either!

G-City or Deer Creek Rd? That is the question.

I am up for either. The tide predictions put us at high tide, for that day, at 7:30pm plus or minus a couple minutes. The sun goes down around 8:00pm, multiplied by the number of divers wanting a good dive, divided by Billy not being there, equals great conditions at either site.:D

LOL, now that's the kind of math I can understand!

Why don't we take a look at the conditions on Thu...if the surf is up and Deer Creek is being pounded, we'll probably do better at G-city.

LeeAnne is right, if the surf is up at Deer Creek, it will be a lot more mellow at Gorgonian City. Even though I'll be on the opposite coast, I'll be watching the swell model.

And John, as sad as it is, I gave Jeremy the same directions I give to everyone else, sometimes you get lucky and sometimes you get stuck diving with me. hahaha

Billy

Well...uh...(cough cough)...I can't believe I have to do this but...I gotta bail on this dive. And after Rickster offered me weight pouches and everything! How rude is that? I have a good excuse tho. I got a job offer today! WOOHOO! Not that I was some unemployed bum before -- my freelance writing business has been going quite well -- but this is a REAL job, with an actual corporation! With a paycheck and all! :D But I start on Wed, and I don't think I'll be up for diving the very next night. It's been, well, a while since I had to drag myself any further than my laptop to work, so I suspect I'll be pretty tired by Thursday night.

But hopefully I'll be back in the swing of the rat race by the following Wed, so if there's going to be a weekly dive that night, count me in. Why does it seem to be taking me so long to get to one of Billy's weekly dives???

Have a great time on Thursday!
