How about we follow D2D's lead and show green water. It's about all I do have for recent pics anyway.

Green water in soCal means you can barely see whatever you're shooting. Witness these from Catalina's Casino Dive Park. Subjects (bat ray, garibaldi, golden gorgonian, sheephead) were mostly only a few feet away. Vis today was 5-15 ft. Oh joy. When's the next flight to Tahiti? Hmmm, maybe a boat to Antarctica instead (600 ft vis).

Dr Bill, I am headded to your neck of the woods on Thursday for the weekend. From the looks of your pictures, it doesn't look like the vis. has improved.

ScubaSky- Vis not improved, in fact it took a dump since Sunday. I figure starting at 5 ft it can only go back up... right? I've dived 0/0 conditions in Thailand (surprise), but I never expect to see them here at home. Of course with vis this bad, you can't see the great whites coming at you... and hopefully neither can they!

Panama City diving is all green water. A picture of another good friend on the PC03 Trip.

How come the saying "Out of Sight, Out of Mind" doesn't apply when it comes to GW's in Merky Water?

I am still coming out and diving, I'll make the best of it.

Thanks,
