Today's dive was in the rain and at 60 feet.

Foul weather topside but good vis below.
The Maui Prince Hotel is in the background.

Giant Trevally
This is the largest one I have encountered in these waters.
I estimate it was between 50 and 75 pounds.

I always look forward to your pics. There are times when I give up on my maui dreams but pics like these help me headed towards my goal.

very nice sir, to be such nasty looking weather on top, the bottom looks great.

They just want to make you get back into the water again.

Nice pickies Jim.

Very good! I'm hearing voices....

1) Help! I'm stuck and can't get loose!
2) Oh, I shouldn't have had that last Monkey LaLa!
3) Be sure and get my good side!
4) Hey! Have you got permission to be down here?

G,

Great shots as usual. You seem to carry sunlight with you on your dives. Can't believe that it's all the strobe. The lighting is wonderful. You have the eye!

Thanks for sharing.

Totaly cool pictures, thank you for sharing. I am new to SB. Just started with UW digital photography about a month ago. Got some great pics in Cozumel last week and am off to Maui next week. Then back to work... Have booked up to do Molokini Backwall and Lana'i so far. Are these good dives for photography or can you recommend others?

Thanks!

Great pics and really nice Viz. Wish I could have been there.
