Capt. SL8R took Kyalami from Jupiter way south for us to check out the new wreck honoring 16 year old Danny McCauley, who tragically passed away in an auto accident. What a NICE dive this will be. Since the wreck is so new, there is no life on it yet, with the exception of a couple of barracudas. HOWEVER.....after exploring the wreck, meander just to the east and mosey around left and right and you will find a bunch of concrete debris that holds goliaths and lots of fish. Keep going pretty much due north from the concrete and you'll pass by the Spud Barge with more golialths. We really enjoyed it. It's perfectly upright and excellently placed with the existing structure to the north. The goliaths will go there eventually.

SHARKS!!!: 6 reefies on Juno ledge today. They passed by CLOSE! Fun.

In a short time the McCauley Reef is going to be a great spot for both diving and fishing. Right smack in the wreck corridor.... Thumbs up to whoever decided on the resting spot.
