Never thought of blush and lipstick. I use waterproof mascara so why not? I like my eyes to look more expressive underwater.
 
See if you can find some articles on what type of makeup the performers of the Vegas water shows use, Cirque's O, Le Reve at the Wynn, etc. Maybe contact their wardrobe departments.

What brand? I've never seen any that didn't run or smudge before the day was out.

Ok, so notwithstanding the whole snot/blood/hear issues mentioned earlier... The pinky tinge from the blush will not be visible underwater really... and after soaking in water for an hour and hopefully basking in the sun a little, isn't this just a waste of money?

Not mocking, but I'm sort of thinking that there isn't much point.

On the other hand, if you're someone's model, and within range of the strobe...
