I've always been interested in Waterlands Villas, but have always passed on them due to most rentals having a max $ allowance for electricity, and a surcharge for any overage. Does anyone know whether a $15 per day allowance for water/electric is reasonable for normal use? I define normal use as 2 showers per person each day water, normal use of lights and turning a/c units off when not at the house. Any info is appreciated.
