You roll with the camera. I would do a sideways roll and hold it tight. Mine is a big rig.
Nope, not gonna do it. Too much chance of water getting past the o-rings. Don't see a way to protect the door, the port, and both strobes, all at the same time.
 
Depends on your housing. I wouldn't do it with my old Ikelite case, but have no worries with the Nauticam. Don't see a problem happening with the strobes, either. Hug the rig and hit the water.
