Question-Does anybody have a technique (besides a dry towel) to keep the camera lenses from getting water spots on it immediately after emerging from the water post dive? Thinking here of taking pictures of the dive boat, people in the water, etc., before getting back on the boat.

Reason I ask is I see surf photographers in the water coming home with photos without spots. Plus I taked with a surf photographer using a 5060 and Oly case and he said he did "X" to keep water spots off......now I can't remember what "X" was......old age I guess.

Any clues?

Rain X or baby shampoo (depending on the port material) smeared on the port and then rinsed off and left to dry.

It doesn't last long though, and it's unlikely to last a whole dive.
