I knew it!

Well now I'm also wondering about the Sea Lions we have around here... since the have been *militarized* too.

I wouldn't be surprised if they have trained geoducks listening for approaching enemy divers though I'm not sure how they would attack & disable.

Ben

have a question for you, have yoy looked at this very close in photoshop ? because looking at this it looks like a doctored image because there are some pixels that are out of alignment at 2000% blow up, also the module on the fin and the module are facing two different directions , close but not the same.

i sent this pic offt o a friend of mine who will see if he canfind anything else with it but i think its a fake, a very good one at that

But the image is being carried in both the Australian and US media.

Wouldn't be surprised if it was propoganda, but I'm sure there would be more constructive images that could be construed to assist in the war effort.

K-Dog, a dolphin from the commander task unit, leaps out of the water in front of US sergeant Andrew Garrett. The unit, which includes an Australian dive team, is making shipping lanes safe from mines.

It looks like that dolphin has his HID light head on the wring flipper. Shouldn’t it be held with the left flipper?

“What they are trained to do is detect and locate threat swimmers or divers who might be trying to cause harm to a coalition vessel, port or harbor,” he said. “They would do this by attaching a restraining device to the swimmer or diver, and a line floats to the surface that marks their location, so they can be immediately apprehended by human security force personnel and questioned.”
