back beach we where still in the cove when he stole it.
Im working on a flag that i pull in when i go down.
And let up when i am coming up. That will end this stuff.

Sounds like what you all need is about 200 feet of rope and 3 to 5 dive flags. The flags float on the surface, the joins them togather to form a perimeter around the dive site. The boat comes in to the area, the ropes go into the props, the Goast Guard sees a boat caught in ropes and dive flags and the lobbster fisherman thinks twice before screwing with divers. You need thick roap to join the flags togather.
