Any diving spots around PA/NY/NJ that tend to be warmer than others? For example Lake Erie tends to be cold I hear, so which ones are better for someone who's easily cold?

Have you tried Mount Storm Lake, West Virginia? Even in winter it doesn't get much less than 60. Just 3hrs from Pittsburgh.
