After diving in murky lakes, you will be happy with everything Hawaii has to offer. There is a great dive shop north of Kona on the Kohala coast called Kohala Divers. Really friendly people, and vis up there is generally 70-100 ft. I cant speak for Kona as I have never dove there.
Why are you diving in murky lakes in Oregon though? I just moved out of Oregon last winter, and theres TONS of mountain lakes there with superb vis! Viz that rivals, or even beats Hawaii in some cases.
