I am planning on holding a NAUI Instructor Training Course this Spring here in the Southeast. The course will be held in Georgia and Alabama and over 3 weekends (consisting of two 3 day weekends and one 4 day weekend) First Weekend 13-15 March. Second weekend 10-12 April and the Third and final weekend 24-27 April. Unlike PADI there is no need to attend a seperate examination after the course, you WILL be certified as an Instructor upon completion, able to teach all core courses up to and including leadership, a WIDE variety of specialty courses at NO extra charge (unlike some agencies) and First Aid at NO extra charge.

The course is open to any agency diver who has Rescue Training, Divemaster/Assistant Instructor/DiveCon ratings and current first aid certification. Non NAUI candidates will have to do a NAUI Prep course (included in price)

Speaking of price, I want this to be affordable, very affordable.

If I have six confirmed students it will be $900 per student for the course

For 4 or 5 confirmed students it will be $1200 per student for the course

For 3 confirmed students it will be $1500 per student for the course.

I will not run the course for less than 3 students.

I will also conduct a Instructor Crossover Course for other agency instructors who wish to become a NAUI Instructor for $500 during this period.

I will also be conducting an ITW (Instructor Trainer Workshop) for NAUI Instructors who wish to become a Instructor Trainer, that will also be $500.

Prices do not include lodging, park fees for diving, air fills or rental equipment. Nor does it include books. Price also does not include Instructor registration to NAUI nor Liability insurance which you will require to teach.

Thanks and best,

Chris Richardson
