Vortoberfest 2007 Report

I don't even know what kind of beer(or where I got it) that is in my hand - LOL

I looked at the original photo and it is a Michelob Marzen. According to their website:
"This beer is based on an original recipe that Adolphus Busch brought with him when he came to America. This Marzenbeir has a malty aroma and an amber-red color. Traditionally brewed for the Octoberfest [sp] season, this 100% malt beer utilizes only 4 ingredients: malt, yeast, hops and water."

Where you got it only you would know that.

There's no reason that such a fine group only has to get together once a year. We could make it a twice or even four times a year event and since the German word for spring is Fruehling we could call it Der VorFruehlingsfest. I'm in plus I'll probably be there with students. That sounds boring but it is proven that some of my students are part tee ers.....

I broguht a six pack of Marzen by Michelob. It is good stuff. Along with 5 other six packs of various beers. I only brought about a six pack home. Along with some various sausages. SBM did not dig deep enough in the cooler.
