Virginia Scuba License Plates

At Lake Rawlings, VA on Saturday, I saw the Virginia Scuba Diver license plates. They are in need of 350 paid application in order for the plates to be produced. It seems like Dive Connections out of Charlottesville, VA has taken the lead on this action. Supposedly the word has been sent to all Virginia dive shops, so its up to Virginia divers to take action, if they want these plates. It will only take 6 letters for those of you with personalized plates but I am sure you can modify yours to fit.

I have the Special Clean Fuel plate and can drive in the carpool lane. If I get the diver plate no more carpool lane while alone
