Anyway...
That light seems to be the same as the TrustFire TR-DF003.
It seems to have design issues where electricity flows through the water when the light is off.
Causing corruption on the body of the light and other issues.
Some have made modifications to it in order to make it usable for diving.
Google on budgetlightforum for "NEW TrustFire TR-DF003" and look on page 6.
I think you'd be better off finding another model with a better tail cap design or magnetic switch.

well it looks like its a spot reflector and you want a flood for video, so you will need a diffuser...
