Victoria Vis conditions?

Spring Bay is back to it's usual 10' max today.

20' in the shallows and 40' or so down on the reefs/walls at Blueback Park (Nanoose-area). In Northwest Bay (Jib) visibility was about 30' on the wall.

30' at the end of the Ogden Point Breakwater today.

Henderson Point, Saanich Inlet. Aug 23/13
0' - 5' between surface and 15'-20', then clearing up nicely (30'+) below the crap. A light is essential. Lots of moon-jellies around, not too many lions' manes.

15' at the tugboat wreck between the Ogden Point docks and the Helijet pad.

20-30' at McMicking Point (Enterprise Channel) this morning.

Excellent visibility (for Mill Bay) today at the wreck of the Lord Jim in Saanich Inlet. It was at least 30', which is double the best visibility I've seen there yet.

30-50' at Willis Point today. It seemed to be better at the top of the wall compared to the bottom. It was an overcast day so it was pretty dark.

Yep. It's definitely nice to be back. Prepare yourselves for more repetitive local dive videos, etc.
