In 2005 I purchased Twin Jet fins that had a limited lifetime warranty. The advertising implied (at least) that they would be under warranty for my lifetime, absent misuse or abuse.
Last month on a trip to the Sea of Cortez, after 250 or so dives, a seam split on the heel of one of the fins. I took it to my LDS in Sacramento where they were skeptical about the warranty still being in effect. I asked them to follow up with Scubapro. About 3 weeks later I received a call from the LDS and I was given a new pair of the Twin Jets, fully under warranty.
Thanks to Scubapro for standing behind their warranty.
