Hi everyone,

I'm considering getting either a Xdeep Zen or Ghost (standard), i'm doing only rec diving at the moment.

I have trouble understanding if gettting the Zen make the shift to a double mount (in the futur?) possible or does it mean having a complete different backplate setup anyway ?

I'll be traveling so i'm leaning toward a ghost, but if in the long run the Zen is more flexible then i can change my opinion :)
If it makes any difference, i'll run a long hose setup.

Zen make the shift to a double mount

I have Zen Deluxe (I like quick release buckles...) and love it. It's convertible to doubles by changing the wing and bands. Same plate, same harness.

Zen alu plate is thicker (4mm vs 3mm, ready for doubles) and Ghost is about 1.5 lbs lighter. Both have optional removable weight and trim weight pockets.

IMHO Zen is more versatile, it's bladder is made of supposedly better material.
