Looking for a dive buddy in Vermont. Wife and I certified, but, it looks like she's only going to be a vacation diver.

So, I'm looking for someone to dive with.

Anybody? Buller?

PM, reply here, or cfdalden AT gmail.com would work nicley!

If you find yourself in southern Maine give me a shout.

Has your wife been in the water lately? What I'm talking about is some of the primo late summer conditions that you can find, even here in New England. Just yesterday my wife and I we diving at Clark's Point in Winnipesaukee and temperatures were around 70F down to around 40 feet where there was a minor thermocline. We enjoyed diving in lighter suits and after over an hour cold wasn't even in our vocabulary. There were a good number of fish and lots of neat ledges boulders and things to swim around and explore. Sure it's not the Caribbean but it was a downright nice way to spend some time while the ocean visibility bounced back. We make it a point to fit some shallow freshwater stuff in at this time of the year. Fresh water can seem darker so be sure to go when the sun is high.

I hope that helps and good luck finding local buddies. Here is some stuff that worked for me.

I'll be in Wells in a few weeks, with the family. We make at least one long weekend, or week in Maine a year. :)

Let me know if you want to splash.
