At the moment I have barely anybody to go dive with, I work as a diver but haven’t had anybody to actually go dive recreationally with. I’ll be starting commercial dive school in about a month and trying to fit some stuff in.

I assume you are starting at SBCC for commercial diving. You will have lots of people to dive with through that program. But, if you want to meet active divers and are on Facebook check the page for the Scuba Club at UCSB. https://www.facebook.com/groups/2200068925/
