Hi folks
I’ve been enjoying the Breathe app for logging my dives. I learned very old school, still rely on compass, and my plastic dive planning tables. Lately, I have been thinking about a dive computer that could sync with the Breathe app, and am having trouble finding any sort of compatibility list.
Is anybody familiar with a compatibility list so that I can educate myself? I love the ability to track my gear, and the format of the dive log. I’m not opposed to switching apps, if necessary, but, thought I would start with what I know and go from there…. Thanks a ton!

I've no idea about Breathe, but if you're after a great app that runs on Apple devices with nice UI/UX, I can heartily recommend MacDive MacDive

It's easy to sync with newer computers over Bluetooth (e.g. Shearwater Tern), and even old usb-cable connected computers (e.g. my old Suunto D4i)

oh wow; that's a pretty slick looking sync-up. If I ever decide to pull the trigger on a newfangled dive computer, I may do both at once. Thanks for the info!

Check out Subsurface. Excellent app and it is free. It has a cloud and can go from mobile to PC with no problem. It syncs to my shearwater just fine. On the PC there is a dive planning. You can keep track of a lot of information

Thank you! I ran with MacDive, and SubSurface is a potential fallback if it really starts looking like MacDive has been abandoned - I know it has not had much in the way of updates for a while, but, has it really needed any?

Hey! Just wanted to share — you might want to check out [DIVEROUT](https://diverout.com), it’s a dive log platform that supports automatic import from a wide range of dive computers (including Shearwater, Suunto, Garmin, and more).

It also has Apple Watch dive mode, plus AI color restoration for underwater photos.
Super helpful for keeping track of gear & log format — and supports 40+ languages too.

Might be worth trying out if you're open to switching apps!
Hope this helps 🤿
