Hi everyone,
I’ve created a web app that automatically syncs your dive log data (depth, time, temperature, etc.) with your dive videos. It generates ready-to-use overlay files you can import into your video editor — perfect for showing your dive profile alongside your footage.
The app is still in under development, and I’d love to get feedback from other divers around the world. Right now, most of my test data is from Europe, so I’m particularly interested in seeing how it performs with different time zones and units - but also testers from Europe are welcome of course.
All you need is your dive video(s) and the exported log file from that dive (uddf or ssrf file format)
It works directly in your browser, you can try it here: DiveOverlay | Create data overlays for your dive videos
Any comments, suggestions, or bug reports are very welcome — feel free to reply here or contact me by email (feedback[at]diveoverlay[dot]com)
Thanks a lot
Dirk
