Holiday Inn looks good to me. My problem is I get lost visiting my own mom and dad. Laugh but I did last week been there 100 times got lost in Tampa somehow ended up taking me 11hrs to get home from Springhill which should have only taken me 6 maybe 7 if we ate. LOL

My kids said yes so I am bring them and I will get a hotel for the night. So if anyone needs to use the bathroom or shower please feel free to use my room. No need to go home with salt all over you.

I will call in the morning and make my reservations for the hotel. It's a holiday weekend so I don't want to wait to long.

Pssst: Tracy...I have no earthly idea how to cook...Theresa and I are crossing the state with no refrigeration...I don't know what she wants to bring, but I'm best off bringing chips or something like that...no cooking involved!!! (I am embarassed to say that I have even burned WATER...put it on the stove and forgot about it. Oy!)

Honestly, you know what I am thinking... Keep it simple. Perhaps to keep from cooking and the hauling of a grill, which is a heck of a lot of trouble, people bring things like fried chicken, baked beans, potato salad, etc. Things that can be tossed in a cooler and set out at lunchtime. Chips would be great because people can snack on those all day long.

Actually, I think I will ask Alcina to add that to the first post.

Alcina, would you please add to the first post that we are going to go picnic style with no cooking. So a bucket of chicken, a batch of potato salad, 6 pack of soda, dip, etc. would all be great items to bring.

Debby, I am thinking this is good in the fact that no one will spend more than $5-6.
