skink:
I can't make it Saturday. I was hoping for Sunday, but now that is not looking good either.

Probably break some piece of gear anyway... I have to stop watching the Hitchhiker's Guide.... Ooohhh, bother

Received a PM from a newer family to the boards and diving. They were asking about shore diving and if it was ok to join in... I sent my PM back, but anyone else want to jump in with words of encouragement?

I will have to pass on this Saturday. I'm feeling better but now my kids and wife are sick. - Good Luck CoolTech

No rain check needed... someone is there every day

Walter:
Conditions were perfect - flat calm, partly cloudy, 10 feet of visibility. The three of us had a great dive. I found 215 teeth, including a Tiger and a partial Meg in an hour and 17 minute dive. Jim found a Hemipiristis, always a highlight.

We were heading in for the second dive when my flag staff came apart (cheap glue). Cool & Lil' Cool continued, I was planning to get some glue and fix the staff, but was so sleepy I decided to come home, fix the staff and take a nap instead.

You guys missed a perfect day at Venice Beach.

As Walter stated, you missed a perfect day at VB.

We are going to do it all over again, tomorrow.

Here is an interesting find at VB
