Hello Dear Sirs. I would be grateful for the information. I got a dozen cylinders with such valves. I want to put everything in order. I need advice - from what material should I make the ball seal? I think I'll turn the black rings out of Delrin . But I'm asking for advice on how to seal the ball.....

Won't be easy to get these valves serviced, there are no Service Kits anymore AFAIK.......

Good grief, Charlie Brown! That is a complicated valve.

I can hardly imagine you are able to produce ball seal by yourself.

Those valves are lousy, very bad quality. Scubapro had nothing but problems with them, so they stopped producing.

I had 2 of them, they went into garbage.

Grab your dremmel and your mums nylon cutting board for stock whip an inch off and dress it won't even notice

A lathe is good!

I have one of those, newly replaced all orings and balls, still leaking everywhere... too bad.
