I'll try and see who'll run the video when I get this 50' dog up and running. So far there ain't no-one even wanting to get in the water at the same time.

I was just on Decostop. I saw a pic you left FredT. Plus with another description, I have it figured out.

I can't believe the flow rates these guys say they're getting. Holy crap! If it was a 10" pipe i'd run the risk of getting sucked inside myself!! I think I'd better keep the finggies out of the way!

Put a STRONG guard in place to KEEP the finggies out of the thing! Flow area at the guard should be about twice the internal cross section area of the lift pipe. This allows for partial blocking without blinding the entire flow.

Otherwise when the vis drops you can end up loosing parts!

They key is WHEN the vis drops, not IF :D

I'd get in the water with 'ya to video it, but at a good distance :D
