Anyone know if you can use, or get to use, the Uwatec transmitter with the Suunto Vytec computer?

Looking to save some costs, but clutching at straws I know :)
 
No one seemed to know the answer to this, but I have found out. Uwatec use a digital signal and Suunto use analogue, therefore no chance at all.

So, which signal will be better when underwater transmission is concerned.
