Uwatec Aladin 2G Battery issues

Ok, so I own the Uwatec Aladin 2G. I love this computer and it's worked great for me. The battery died so I purchased a new battery and installed it. Worked great for 1 dive then I got the battery dead indication again... Now I can't seem to get any battery to work in it.

1st: Anyone know what the issue is?
2nd: Where can I send this to get the company to fix it if it's not my dumb user error that's the issue.

Please return the Aladin 2G through an authorized Scuabpro dealer for evaluation.

I ended up getting an out of warranty replacement. That one also broke after just a few dives. Bottom line, stay away from this dive computer and get a newer computer.

My first Aladin works last four years and 170 dives without any issue.
Battery level went down to level 4 from 6, so I bought and keep with me the new one.
I so like this computers, that bought the same for my son.
Big screen, long battery time, 2 gases support, simple connection to computer without any additional $100 device, free simple dive analyze software for PC - all that I need from dive computer.
