Thx for the updates Mike. I see a P-cola trip in my near future

so, what else is in the P'cola area for us poor Midwesterners to dive? Or should we do a Panhandle Wreck Trek of PCB and Destin then P'cola??

on the vandenburg aue-mike is right The biggest hurdle is the money it will take to complete the project. A tremendous amount of work was done by the guys in key west, and it probably will cost more than the spiegal grove. the cost's have esculated to ridiculous levels.

The Antares is worth diving, its a big frieghter. Couple of liberty ships, lots of barges and tugs, rigs, couple other freighters, aircraft, bridge rubble, couple of deep natural ridges, ect.

Depends on really what your intention is while diving? Just look and see?

great pix

I had heard that they were planning to sink it in May, however I can't seem to find an exact date????

Why not sink a bucket like the V in the southwest FL area. I think we need a wreck here besides the ones the senile septagenarians are creating through poor driving skills.
