I cannot seem to source the MEK and I wonder if I can still use acetone for preparing the surfaces for gluing with PB300 , It's trilam (cordura/polyester) over neoprene.
 
Have you tried Lowes or Home Depot? It's around $22.00/gal.
 
Seems to be MEK is much more difficult to get here in Canada than it is in the US. People say acetone is very close MEK is stronger though, will give acetone a try , if it works then I 'm fine
