Did just that on my new (used) suit and couldn't be happier. While you are at it consider putting in the wrist rings and silicon seals. I've found them much more comfortable than the latex and have adapted them inexpensively to dry gloves.

Did you do the upgrade of Neck Tite Ring yourself? What kind of glue did you use?
