US support phone number not working?

I need to send my Zoop in for repairs (the depth descends out of control underwater) and wanted to get an idea of how much the diagnosis and freight costs since I will have to pay that even if it can't be fixed.

I tried call the number on the website (855-258-0900) but the line just disconnects without ringing or anything, and I can't find another U.S. support number. Any ideas?
 
Maybe suunto didn't pay the phone bill?

Try their Canadian number, maybe?

Canada +1 800 267 7506 (toll free) - press 3 and then 1 for technical support (in English)

Maybe there was a temporary problem. I can reach both the US and Canadian number from my land line in Florida.
 
Hi,
I checked with a colleague: There was some maintenance from the provider's side last weekend which was probably the reason. They are up and running though. Should someone encounter an issue again please give a time stamp (or a rough frame) and we'll follow up on this. I'm sorry for the inconvenience...
