Ouch. I'm working on someone else's idea, and wasn't sure if I had his permission to share it. Now I do....

All it is is a wrench for removing and replacing manifold elbows and J-valves from 1/2" cylinders without damaging them with a crescent wrench. The CGA fitting screws onto the manifold elbow, and a pipe nipple is attached for leverage. I have Captain to thank for that nifty tip, so the credit goes to him.

Aaaahaaa. Brilliant. Not much to grab even with flat plugs and J housing without knob is wider. Nothing to grab. Brilliant.
