I have a picture I want to use as my avatar but it's too big. I have a Mac. I really don't know anything about doing this. Any help would be great.

Cali68, just send your avatar to support (at) scubaboard.com and I'll take care of the rest.
In case you're wondering, I use (at) instead of @ to block a few of the basic spam bots.
