Untreated DCI after 4 days

It is uncertain whether or not this gentleman sustained DCS, although the reported dive profile & symptom are suggestive of such.

DCS may spontaneously remit without treatment, although he did report some treatment--an extended 6m stop on pure O2 & more 02 at the surface.
