My wife took this picture at Santa Cruz Island on a trip in July. If was in about 25-30 feet of water. She has not been able to find it in any of her reference books.

She would appreciate any help in identifying it. This is the first of several things that she is trying to identify.

Thanks for any help.

Some added information.

This creature was about 8 inches long. It appears to have tube feet (see left side). My wife also said it appeared to be "fuzzy".

We asked at a dive club meeting last night and still have no guesses.

Can anybody make a guess?

Thanks,

Mike
