Completed, interesting product. just a suggestion, under certification levels you go from Assistant instructor to Instructor Trainer, I suspect there will be a lot more Instructors than IT taking your survey

There was an "Other" option at the bottom of the list to type in responses, as I added offline (paper) magazines and local dive shops.
