Hey WreckWriter, would be nice to see the custom size form before you order /payment. lol....

Curious though, how's come no tele no.?

The form is that way because I had to use redirects through PayPals cart system. There was no other way to do it properly while still offering the form only to those who need it. I tried.

No phone because its a home business, phone calls at odd hours and such. If you really need to speak to them email them and I'm sure they'll arrange it.

One piece...the people at Tj's are great to deal with and are super helpful and friendly. The suit has worked out great too...the only drawback was the kludgy website and poor html work, but other than that I would highly recommend it!

but of course this comes from a guy that thought a wallaby was a shrimp........... :)

Everybody knows a wallaby is a shoe.

How long ago was this? I redid the size form a few days ago due to blank submissions from IE browsers. It now runs off a script rather than just submitting to a mailto.

Tom

I ordered it on November 24. Sounds like you fixed the problem.

Garfish - I found her to respond in a very timely manner. Not something I'm used to in this industry.

No problem tom, just was wondering. You did a great job.
It was nice to know and see how good the product is.
Sometimes when measurements are involved, some web site usually has a form to print out before hand and then submit it when final ordering. Like wetsuits and alike. But this otto to pretty straight forward.

One other question though, if their are some problems with the custom suit for fit, no problem to send it back for realter!

Thanks pa/nj diver.. Yes it is good to know. Hope to hear more on how you like them.

I dive in Canada off the west coast and for most of the year use a 5mm neoprene suit with a lightweight undersuit from the UK - made by Fourth Element. Its called the Xerotherm and it is very light but really warm - good anough for all but the more extreme temps. I don't think you can get them from dive shops in the US yet, but you could try Fourth Element's website www.fourthelement.com - they ship to the US well worth a try under neoprene. I layer up for the cold with just a weezle compact and I am really warm. HTH.
