Some people have wayyyyyyyyyyyy too much time on their hands if one can type out that much verbiage just to make a sacastic point.

Zeagle Ranger Diver, and happy to call it mine and paid for.

I hate it so much, we got a Zeagle for the wife too, so we have almost identical ugly non-functional too many d-rings bladder warts.

Yeah, that's it.

Some people are just clueless....

Oh gee, there is a BC that can carry a towel, I want one of those! I might just have to get into the spirit of gear collection and financial ruin.
Wait! Mine has a pocket for my makeup (I asked what it would be used for and that’s what they told me). Does the ranger have one of those? Hmmm, towel or makeup, which one is more useful. I guess I could put it into a little pouch and clip it onto one of those D rings.
Ok I'm sold. Having a towel and my makeup is more important than all those bad things things it can cause.
ScottZ, does it come with a clear plastic cover like for a sofa or would I have to pay extra?

I thought your post was hilarious! (I have a Ranger btw) It seemed as if you actually liked it but could not come out and say it? Not a sure a similar post about a BP/W would have gone over any better.

Thank God this one was "dives", rather than "loses "
Sue this doesn't belong under "Near Misses and Lessons Learned"? :)

I understand sarcasm, ask my wife. My problem reading into people's comments are when a DIR diver starts rambling on about using gear that "mere mortals" use. I looked into DIR when I first started, and the attitude that permeates the crowd turned me off. I dive to have fun, DIR is almost like a cult where you have to drink the kool-aid and like it or else. I got the impression that I was looked down upon for asking why not to dive with xyz gear? So I dive with my gear and am happy, though perhaps my life is in peril and my gear is plotting my demise as we speak.

I understand sarcasm ...

Apparently not ... the whole point of Uncle Pug's post was to take a fun poke at all the people who criticize "xyz gear" ...

Personally, I want the towel rack accessory for my BP/wing ... ;)

irony and sarcasm are very difficult mediums, made all the more so because
they depend on the intelligence of the audience to work

So true.

Thanks for the post UP. From another Zeagle owner who also dives a BP/Wing or a Transpac or a ScubaPro or a SeacSub or a USD or an Abyss harness/wing or a.... The list goes on. People put way to much enfaces on their gear and not enough on practical experience.

And yes I really do dive all the above
