Honestly, it took me reading it 3 times, and a PM from UP before I got it.

Those of you who have been reading UP posts forever get it quickly, however, those of us unfamiliar with his wit take a little longer...

;)
and for some of us....that makes it even funnier

And those of us who dive with him often get to be the object of his humor ... ;)

Just goes to show you how putting on a BP/W makes you a better diver. Skill levels go up, experence is greater, knowledge is expanded, training is no longer required.

Once you put on a BP/W you become an instant "know-it-all" and look down on all those who don't wear a BP/W. You know it's true.

I can see how UnclePug would regress and loose serious mental capacity having worn a Ranger. Why, his post is testimony to the fact it takes weeks to mentally recover form wearing a Ranger.

I heard he has been holding his backplate toward the sky so it would glisten and cast diver skill light beams over him. I also heard he was going to sleep in his BP/W to help speed up his recovery.

Hopefully he'll be real man and a true diver again in a few more days.

I am more concermed about U.P. forgetting all of this stuff!!

First it was his magnifying glass, then his BP/W, and then he left his fins on the trashcan!!!

I fear that soon, Uncle Pug will be the Ronald Regan of ScubaBoard! :D

You're forgetting the camera housing and regulators! It's contagious!

The Lady of the Lake, her arm clad in the purest shimmering samite, held aloft the Halcyon BP/W from the bosom of the water signifying by Divine Providence that Uncle Pug was to carry the BP/W. That is why he is your king!

Gear does not make the diver look good under water, but a good diver can make any gear look good. Even if they don't like it.

Now if he could just work on that memory thing! :eyebrow:

Actually - my wife burnt the rice last night.....I'm wondering if there is a connection! :D

Do you have something against this type of rig? I could be wrong (no where near as often as H2Andy though) but I believe he dives with both styles. For that matter quite a few folks do... whats your beef?

You know...

He has made seceral appointments to see his "Doc", but keeps forgetting to tell me why he has come in. In fact, he keeps forgetting that I am NOT a medical doctor (I don't care WHAT that rash looks like UP, I am NOT touching it!). It appears that he must be using a dive computer on the side. The "Brain Rot" is not only typical of computer use, but this advanced stage only makes us conclude that it must also be Air Integrated as well!!!

There is no telling what will come next... pink fins? a retractor? perhaps in his dementia, he will gravitate towards the BWOD? This is serious folks! They only way to save him is to say out loud "I believe in faeries". C'mon, it worked for Tinker Bell, so maybe it will work for UP!!!
