I'm not "biased" towards aything, even though I own an Apeks. I don't like how the Jetstream breathes.

The Jetstream can deliver about 3x more air than you'll ever need, it can be a little "eye opening" when you first use the critter.jonnythan:
The Xstream has actually been "tuned down" a bit so it doesn't rattle the tonsils. It'll only deliver about 2.5x more air than you could ever need.
I have an x-stream on one post and an apeks tx-50 on the other.( we deal in both)
They are both great regs and each has advantages in certain situations and neither will steer you wrong.
