I am working with windows 7 and trying to download latest firmware 1.14
on clicking download firmware i get the message
unhandled exception has occured in application
could not read block no data
(pos 0x0007fdfo)
i have deleted all drivers and logbook for the cobalt and tried reloading all to no avail
any advice would be appreciated

I managed to download the firmware now, just took a bit more thought
now to dive and try it out
