Oh, and why is this on Scubaboard if it's not a dive light (only rainproof and shakeproof)?
 
You should throw it up on Candle Power Forums.
That is where all the non-depth rated (and some divers) congregate for lights.

Because he's a retailer in China (read his other post). Hence why some forums have adopted the minimum posts rule before cluttering up the classifieds.
