Well... It gets confusing, because there's two websites that I know of for SHOWA - an American one (which makes sense, since they're made in the USA near Atlanta, GA) and a UK one, which appears to actually be larger - or at least better placed by Google. The information on each website does not always agree with the other. :-/
There may be a practical reason for that, though... Most of their gloves' length is dependent on glove size. The larger the glove, the longer it is.
The 660 and 720 both are listed as 300mm-320mm, which sounds about right. I measured my XL 660 at about 12.75 inches... 320mm on the dot... But it stretches considerably with little effort. 14" is not a problem.
I don't have a 720 here to test at the moment - I've used them all. :-D. But it's definitely a stretchier glove for sure and I am confident that you'll be able to use it without an issue.
Still, the 660s are available in those special lengths, too... The 330mm and 340mm... Which equates out to be 13.2" and 13.6" respectively.
The XXL NSK24s that I have measure out to be 13.75" long... And easily stretch to be 15" or more with little effort.
The NSK26s are three or four FEET long, and can be trimmed down to whatever size you want.
Call SHOWA today and ask for samples of all of the above. If the woman there asks (forgive me, I can't remember her name), just tell her that you're working on the research with DEEP SOUTH DIVERS near Savannah.
