BSAC publishes eports regularly about incidents. I look forward to reading this one as their reports are quite detailed. Google them and have a look.
It is possible that I missed it, but do we know how healthy this guy appeared before the dive? What gas was the diver using? What equipment OC or rebreather? 60 meters is in the severe narc range for me on air. I prefer to mix when I plan on >160'.
