So this Taxi driver attacked a suspected Uber car with acid . . .
These violent people make the best case for why a large powerful taxi union needs competition from Uber and others. To me there's no amount of tourist noblesse oblige that justifies putting up with this conduct.
 
Uber is still illegal until the govmt issues "permits".

As typical 80% of the permits will go to people and family connected to the govmt, who will "lease" out the permits to regular people.

Nothing happens here unless money ends in the hands of those in "control"
