The only charters I ever see out at the U-853 these days are Sea Turtle out of Montauk, Canned Air out of Pt Judith, Atlantis out of New London, and the Thunderfish out of Mystic (formerly out of Pt Judith). I've never used any of them personally since I am usually diving from my friends' boats.

Dave runs a great liveaboard. Come in on Friday afternoon, sleep on the boat, do some check out dives on Saturday on a wreck. Head over to Block Island, hanging out on the beach, grill some steaks, sleep on the boat. Head over early to the 853 the next morning. Perfect.
